Using our tried and tested methods, and in-depth design process, you can visualise your custom design in 3D before we get started. We take care of everything, from the designs to council permits to certification, all the way to the hand-over of your new home or investment property.

Mark Wilson Design and Build implements site-centric design ideas. When we buy a car, or clothes, or anything - we make our decisions based on how it suits US. Generally speaking, 'off the shelf' designs are not based on how the site works. They aren't based on how the designs suits the site. Instead many people try to make the site suit the design.
This all adds to cost as site levelling, retaining walls and drainage systems all need to be put into place to accommodate the design. A much easier, simple and more affordable solution can be found by starting out with the site needs.
